A demo with an invented household, as on 16 Oct 2026. Anyone with the link can look and change things; it starts again every night.

Everything the budget expects to pay: each item's cost, how often, and its category. An item can run for only some months (From and Until) and can be covered by an allowance. Goal lines come from goals and loans, on the Goals tab.

Servis motor

A number or a formula, such as 300000/2 + 500000/2 or 100000 * fortnights_per_month. Type # for the named values: weeks and fortnights in a month, the month's income, and each currency's rates. A percentage is fine: monthly_income * 2.5%.

Leave as paid directly for a bill paid from an account. An item covered by an allowance counts as spent when the allowance is paid.

Leave both blank for the whole year. For a bill that starts or stops during the year, give its first or last month.

Change from a month

For a new amount from a month on: this item ends the month before, and a copy with the new cost starts that month. The year's budget counts each for its own months.
