Things you own that earn income and have their own costs, such as units you rent out. Entries of their income, and of categories marked as asset costs, say which asset they're for, and Budget, Assets adds them up per asset, month by month.

What one payment usually brings, such as a month's rent. A payment for several assets starts from these amounts. Optional.

Keywords

Words or phrases, separated by commas, that pick this asset from an entry's comment; its own name always does. Several assets can share one, such as the name of the agent who pays for them all.

Sold or no longer rented from

Leave blank while it earns. From this month it takes no new entries and leaves the Entry screen; its history stays. Clear it to open it again.
